Position Overview:

  • As part of a collaborative Global HR team, this position provides Corporate Compensation services to support strategic goals of the HR Department.
  • This role will provide direct analytical support to the Director, Global Compensation regarding the development and execution of various compensation programs and projects to ensure competitive, compliant, and motivating compensation for the Company. Assist in administration of annual salary planning programs. Ensure flawless execution of the annual compensation planning process (merit, bonus, LTI).  Support organizations through job evaluation activities across multiple areas.  Under general direction from the Director, Global Compensation.
  • Major Duties:

  • Evaluate proposed and existing jobs by reviewing job descriptions against internal criteria and external benchmark data to ensure grade and salary recommendations are commensurate with market and internal equity.
  • Strong involvement in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of global annual compensation programs and associated payroll processing as it pertains to data integrity, compensation planning tool functionality, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Provide support with Compensation Committee board exhibits and analysis
  • Participate in annual salary surveys, interpret compensation data, and provide analysis and recommendations for any job match and/or level changes
  • Partner with HRIS to ensure accuracy in HR data including compensation, levels, titles, bonus program, and salary structures.
  • Manages assigned departmental projects from inception to completion: timelines, resource availability, deliverables, status updates, etc.
  • Take lead on administration of the Payfactors platform handling updates and reporting
  • Create ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling, and analysis as necessary


Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA/BS (CCP a plus)
  • 4-6 years’ experience in an HR data analytics or compensation role
  • Expert MS Excel (i.e. working with complex formulas)
  • Proficient in Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience with merit pay programs, incentive and bonus plans, job evaluation, and salary survey use & methodology
  • Ability to identify insights from quantitative data, reason through data findings and use skills to develop recommendations with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Priority and deadline driven

Desirable:

  • Workday and Workday Advanced Compensation module a plus
  • Payfactors experience a plus
