Editorial Projects in Education, Inc. (EPE), the publisher of Education Week, is looking for an engaging, innovative, analytical, and organized Marketing Lead Generation Coordinator to join the Marketing Team immediately for a full-time position.

Job Summary

The EdWeek Marketing Lead Generation (Lead Gen) Coordinator will work within our Marketing team.  This is a unique opportunity to align award-winning editorial content with key initiatives for sponsors, ultimately providing K-12 educators and leaders with relevant and actionable information.  You will focus on curating and aggregating our content in a variety of formats to support editorial and business objectives.

To accomplish this work, you will be directly responsible for several integral EdWeek products, including spotlights and quizzes.  You will also support other important lead generation products such as webinars and content-targeted emails.  You will assist in producing, maintaining quality control, and strategizing promotion.  In addition, you will be able to analyze and improve on product performance and feature set.


  • Manage and develop various products from start to finish, including our curated digital publications (Spotlights), quizzes, and other projects as assigned
  • Provide support in producing webinars, including copy review, and content-targeted emails, being able to assist colleagues during high volume production periods
  • Consult with Sales Executives to create products that satisfy client needs
  • Research sponsor and clients so that products align with value propositions
  • Propose new methods of audience outreach and segmentation
  • Work with other departments to promote our products through social media and newsletter campaigns
  • Help with optimizing campaigns around A/B testing and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Directly manage an intern to assist with the above activities
  • Strategize with supervisor, Content Marketing Manager, to improve lead generation products and value proposition


  • Background or interest in education, advertising, publishing, journalism, or marketing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

  • Ability to work independently with good time management, organizational and prioritization skills
