Responsibilities


What You Will Do


You will play an important role in ensuring ENA’s people programs support our business needs, providing outstanding internal customer support, and supporting HR functional excellence and scalable growth in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will be:

  • Responsible for administering ENA’s HRIS system including upkeep of employee data, ensuring it is utilized to it’s fullest potential, and updating it for open enrollment and other similar events.
  • Responsible for analyzing ENA’s people data and providing reports as requested including monthly measurements, compensation reports, and other data as requested.
  • Responsible for the administration of ENA’s benefits programs including communication, enrollment, reporting, billing, and recommendations to improve ENA’s benefits package. Ensures customer satisfaction with ENA’s vendors, broker, and employee representatives. Able to successfully manage multiple providers and the requirements needed to successfully execute file feeds and plan changes, as needed.
  • Participates in the administration of ENA’s 401(k) plan, which includes ensuring compliance with enrollment/eligibility, processing of participant contributions, and distributions.  Responsible for scheduling annual audit for 5500 and working directly with auditor and TPA to ensure all necessary information is provide throughout the process. 
  • Oversee Leave Administration for the company.
  • Administers workers compensation program.  Works directly with injured employees in order to document and accurately report all claims.  Ensures compliance with record-keeping and files annual OSHA report.  Works directly with insurance provider during annual audit.  
  • Monitors compliance to federal, state and local legal and regulatory requirements and reports non-compliance issues.  Works with outside providers to complete annual reporting to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. (ex. EEO, OSHA, 5500 preparation).
  • Participate in and coordinate participation in internal and external surveys related to and in support of ENA’s people programs.
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing ENA’s internal employee events and wellness program.


Requirements


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you must be able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, have great customer service, have strong attention to detail, be proactive, plan and use time effectively and enjoy the ever-changing world of benefits, HR technology, and HR administration.


In addition, ENA is seeking candidates who have:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, with good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to effectively present information to internal and external partners.
  • A desire to continue learning and growing the human resources space.


Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; with 3-5 years of relevant experience in benefit administration, payroll or similar experience required.
  • Proficiency with Ascentis HR or other HRIS and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and legislation.


Location:
 Preference will be given to candidate located in the Middle Tennessee area, with the option to work either in a hybrid work environment from our Nashville office 1 day per week or more, if desired by the candidate.
