The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is a national organization comprised of current and former black CEOs and senior executives at Fortune 1000 and Global 500 companies. For nearly 30 years, the ELC has worked to build an inclusive business leadership pipeline. We empower black corporate leaders to make significant and impactful contributions in the global marketplace and their communities. Some of ELC’s Members are CEOs at companies such as American Express, Xerox, Kaiser Permanente, McDonald’s, Carnival Cruise Lines, and JC Penney. Other members report to the enterprise CEO at companies such as Morgan Stanley, ExxonMobil, PepsiCo, Target, etc.
